PCM not checking O2 Sensors after replacing one

About 500 miles ago I replaced Bank 1 Sensor 2 with Denso 234-4339 Oxygen Sensor. '06 5.3liter
The PCM has not completed it's test on all four sensors since. Wondering if I should have replaced both sensors in Bank 1. When I was having issues with the replaced sensor, resetting the fault codes would recheck and pass the other sensors after at most 115 miles. I get the same MPG and the graphing shows both Bank one sensors performing normally.
Following is today's test with the engine off (key on):emissions.jpg

That test sometimes can take months. Last time when I replaced both of mine, took forever but I can pass the e-test with one test not ready.

But yours is showing as Incomplete instead of Not Ready. Go into the live data and check the voltages of both rear sensors. Maybe it's bad?

Any codes?

No codes and both rear sensor voltages within spec according to above test.

What about readings while running? Are they both reading exhaust properly? Are they similar to each other graph-wise?

The downstream O2 sensors we don't concern ourselves with too much because it just reports if the cats are working right. The readings should be pretty steady rather than up/down like to the upstream sensors. If there is no code or CEL, I wouldn't concern myself with it.

Is it failing an e-test?

Do you mind posting a .csv log (gps turned off) with at least fuel trims, all o2 sensor voltages, coolant temp, rpm, and vehicle speed, any other PIDs you want. It should include temperature, and about 3 min of idle, and 3-5 minutes of constant cruise between 59-61 mph on a somewhat flat road. I want to make a side by side comparison to another '06 5.3 data log I have.

Imo the new sensor is bad. Ordered new replacement. Screenshot_20180708-113621.png
