Parking lights HELP!

So i was changing out my low beam bulbs and i realized one of my parking lights didnt turn on. When i signal it flashes but during regular use as parking lights the front right does not turn on. I checked all my fuses. And none are burnt out. HELP

If yours is like mine there are two filaments in a good lamp and yours is no longer good.
