HI all,
I have a 2004 Envoy XUV with 130,000 miles. I'm getting a higher then normal idle. When I'm driving down my road 25mph. and put it in neutral, it goes up to 1500 rpms. and will barely come down when I come to a stop. engine shakes pretty hard and loud. I've got a P1133 code, I already replaced the O2 with a AC Delco (the one in it I replaced last Aug when replacing the ex manifold with the headers) Now the code came back as PENDING.
The engine is very loud, sounds like an ex. leak again. I checked the header bolts and all were basically hand tight. I re torqued them and still sound loud.
When in park or neutral, it's pretty smooth but in drive and reverse, very rough. shakes. I have black marks at the seams of the headers/CAT pipes, I assume they are leaking at the joints. I have them as tight as they can go and are all rusty as hell form just installing it last August.
No other codes thrown
rebuilt trans Aug 2013
headers w/ PCM tune Aug 2013
cleaned TB a week ago
new plugs at 100,000
new Thermostat July 2013
another new Thermostat April 2014 (was getting a P0128 code and temp was at 180)
I've search the threads, do you think bad motor mounts could cause a high idle?
