Apparently there is an ebay seller that sells oversized pistons for the LL8:

I've always heard the LL8 could not be bored and/or stroked so what's the point of oversized pistons, i.e. what scenario would they be useful? The only thing that comes to mind is some sort of rebuild where the cylinders were honed and the you needed slightly larger pistons?
