I'll be making an appearance to feed my face and make an ass out of myself, as per standard operating procedure...

Wouldn't be a wheeling trip without a truck in pieces in my driveway hours before heading out...

It wasn't real hard to convince me..
Plus we always take that line. Could have been worse. Sucks that the holes are now three feet deep.

It was a good day, all things considered. Everyone made it home healthy, with only minimal damage to a few vehicles.

I only got two pictures, but here you go!

It was a rough day, but still had fun. It was good to see everyone jump in and help out.

Looks (and sounded) like a whole lot of fun! Glad I wasn't there!

(Though, if I had been there, I'd have shoved a folded up glove or something between the tip of the Hi-Lift and the bumper, so as not to dick up the 8 day old powdercoat)

Here's a few pics. I have a few videos too but tapatalk won't let me upload them. Had a great time despite the breakages. Hope to get out there again sometime this year.

The bumper actually only has a couple spots through the powder. We were super careful for the first few hours of jacking and such, but when it got to having the winchline ran and needeing to jack at the same time and such...we chose people safety over bumper looks. It looks like I got the jack in one spot on a vertical tube...did not notice at the time, but the other is headlight tube where jack slid some when wrestling the tire straight. I used some electrical tape for bandaids and it blended amazingly well and will hopefully keep rust away...

Thanks again everyone. I would help any of you and owe you all for everything. Sorry it wasted the day.

The few pics I got.

This was a fun little notch we took after Scott tried to wedge me between some trees on a bypass...

I used the passenger power folding mirror option...wall of trench...but it went smooth with Scott spotting me.

If you hadn't helped me out the night before, I wouldn't have made it to the trail. So thank you.:2thumbsup:

Any issues other than the dash lights? And dont pitch it...it is a great spare to have around. Yours is the third truck to use it, but the bearings are good even if the sensor is screwy.

So is your coil just collasped? Or did something else cause it?

Just the lights, I'll definitely be hanging on to it. The coil popped back up after we dropped Matt of with the food. Not sure what happened or caused it but it seems to be back to normal.
