What is 4/6 hi mod? I see everyone doing it and I can't see what exactly the use.

It's so you can have your hi & low beams run at the same or that plus your fogs, really helps those with HIDs because you don't have to wait for them to heat up when you want to just use your Hi-beams. You just simply switch over. Other people can explain it better than me, I suck at explaining things at times

I see you got your name changed lol.

But it's like what Capote said. If you've ever noticed, when you turn your high beams on the low beams and fogs (if applicable) turn off only leaving the two high beam bulbs on.

If you use a little electronic trickery/bypass you can make it where that all lights stay on with high beams which is much brighter.

One night while you're out, turn on your high beams and observe their output.. Now in one quick motion, pull the stalk all the way towards the steering wheel and hold it, in that position, high and low beams are on.

Giddyup, looking forward to this mod on the weekend lol people are gonna be blind...both sets of bulbs are 12K lol....the meantime when it's really dark I just hold the stalk while on long dark stretches of road, annoying yes, but got used to it, looks like daylight lol

I think my hi beams are 15K actually.....lol

I will be doing the mod as well...i feel sorry for anyone in front of me once I have bi xenon projectors and Cree led highs...:eek:
