2007 GMC yokan XL 6.0, i did buy this car and at least was not working for around 5 years, change oil and new battery add some fuel and try to crank, but no sign of engine or starter getting power.

I did scan OBD 2 and got a lot of error all of them is lost communication with each module, like 0U100 71, U0101 71 etc.

note that scanner did not read VIN number and i did put the model manually, and cluster delay for 2 to 3 sec and some time take longer.

i did check all fuse and ground and look great, some time i got fuel presser.

note that same think happen to another car chevy suburban 2011 6.0 but this car no fuel presser and some fuse related to ECM don't have power.

I would recommend first going through the vehicle and checking all the grounds. I doubt that in the UAE rust will be much of a problem, but it never hurts to check.

Verify all your fuses, both under hood and interior, not just visually but checking that power is getting to both posts with ignition on. Also check operation of the ignition switch to ensure it is working correctly, especially if the under hood circuits that power the PCM, TCM and ignition circuits are not getting power. Go here to find the wiring and circuits schematics to help with the diagnosis.
Verify that power is getting to the PCM and TCM. Unbolt and check the underside of the fuse box and inspect for broken wires or traces.

You seem to have more than a basic code scanner as you say it cannot read the VIN. Try to communicate/scan other modules. It's also possible that a module has gone bad and killing communications on the CAN. This would require further diagnosis on the CAN itself.

U1000: Class 2 Data Link Malfunction
U0101: Lost communication with TCM
