No power or codes poor Accelerating slow

I have a 2005 Tahoe that when u first start it it want crank or it will pop out the tail pipe then starts up no codes it will drive fine for a few seconds then drive very slow at full throttle i have seen it run strong it idles fine no overheating it had a bad Evaporative Canister with black oily fuel comes out i changed it but still runs the same

Yes, knock sensor been changed, cam position sensor been changed, crank senor, and evap canister been changed and has the same issue
