My 2003 GMC Envoy xl SLE has no power on hills or when accelerating. Only one code being thrown P1345. Just Replaced Muffler and Resonator with OEM Parts. New Oil Chg and Filter. also replaced A/C Compressor with OEM Part. When hooked to "Reader" it shows 32.5% Load @ 823 RPM and 100% Load @ 2,500 RPM not towing anything, just driving. Maybe Cat. Conv. needs replacing? Please Help!

That P1345 is an important clue right there. That means your camshaft is not in the position it is being commanded to. I had that where at first it didn't affect anything until it got to the point where MPG and power were down. In my case, it was the camshaft phaser that was defective. I'd try replacing the CPAS first.

Fix the obvious first. If power is still down, then look elsewhere.

Also, what does your coolant temp gauge read? If you have ever had a flashing engine light or if your coolant temp gauge ever reads to the left of center for any length of time, the cat is very likely plugged. Those symptoms are exactly what plugged cats do when bad.
