No Communication between Tis2000 and Tech2

hey Moose i have an old windows xp with saab tis2000 but i can not get it to communicate with tec2 all i get is E2106 no connection with the handheld device can you help

In the event you're using the serial cable that came with your clone - check the cable! I bashed my head against the desk for days/weeks trying to get mine to work. Turned out to be a bad cable, right out of the box. :/
