I did find it, but its not the same for all the different picture file formats. So I would need to know what format he wants to upload to answer the question.

JPEG from my computer and seemed like I could post larger pics from there but from the Photobucket site URL I had to cut them down alittle more.

I don't see a restriction on actual pixel size for a jpeg. Perhaps the files sizes are too big. Either way I will have Jman take a look.
