NEED HELP Need advice

looking to change my bolt pattern from the stock 6x5 to a 6x5.5. Having trouble trying to find a supplier that has these. Has anyone done this or knows of a supplier please let me know.
This is for my 04 trailblazer ext 4x4..

I been running adapters for 100K. Just find some 1.5 thick hubcentric ones with 14 mm studs on ebay or amazon. There are tons out there.
