Just finished with new front shocks (never took a strut apart before.....was only a little nervous handling the "bomb" in my hands when the spring was compressed down to install the new shock!) Also put new strut mounts on both sides and sway bar links. The links had play in them and were clunking....drove me nuts. Also, since I was this far, I replaced the driver side seal on the front differential along with a new CV axle since the roughness on the surface of the old axle I think contributed to the seal going bad (I replaced the seal once 4-5 years ago.) Went for a drive last night and now my Trailblazer is nice and quiet again. Hope these work well. Time will tell I guess!
