Mirror Mod

I have a 2008 Trailblazer LT which has the boring plain Jane side view mirrors (by "plain Jane" I mean no heat and no turn signals). The Trailblazer and I had a little accident and she needs a new passenger side mirror. Long story short I want to replace both mirrors with ones that have heat and the turn signals; however the ebay add lists they only fit 2006-2007 Envoy & Trailblazer and the 2004-2007 Rainer! I called to ask and the gentleman I spoke to said "I don't really know if they will fit... but it may be that the mounting bolts are placed differently." Does anyone know if these mirrors will fit? I does not seem very GM to want to change mirrors for the last couple years of production. If the mirrors will fit they are to my understanding plug and play correct?
