Thought I should share this with the forum... My 02 Envoy had a nasty loose/oversteer problem which I originally thought was something worn or loose in the rear suspension. I replaced my rear rotors, pads, backing plate and parking brake assembly and the problem was resolved. Obviously something was dragging when the truck turned and loaded the suspension. Pulling the axles was a PITA and recommend that if you are due for a lube change on your rear differential that you take a close look at the rear backing plates and replace them while you have the differential cover off.
