2002 trailblazer 4.2 / At full throttle scanner shows APP at 100% and TPS at only 30% (this is in park or driving). Throttle body plate only opens about 1/4 inch. With key on engine off throttle plate can be manually pushed all the way open and scanner shows TPS at 100%. But while driving throttle response is very weak (Max of 30% at full throttle) and oxygen sensors read extremely rich and strong fuel smell from exhaust and then dies. New throttle body, New APP, And all wires from APP to ECM to TPS/Throttle body have been inspected and ohm tested (0.00 ohms and clean terminals). Bad ECM? Flash or Replace? Anyone else had this problem?
