Liftgate differences between years and models

Long story short, I need to replace my liftgate. Defrost in the glass has been shot since I got it (only 1 line works) and it is also rusting out all along the bottom and even up the side a little bit. I figure it's probably going to be cheaper to get a replacement gate than to try to fix mine, plus it'll probably last longer than a repaired gate (I'd rustproof the crap out of the replacement).

Anyway, the car-part.com search is bringing up 2002-2005 for me. They didn't change the liftgates at all on the Trailblazers from 2002-2009 did they? I know the bumper cover changed and the wiper arm changed, but that doesn't affect the fit of the liftgate itself.

Also, is the Envoy liftgate the same as the Trailblazer? I thought there were some slight differences, but the search engine is bringing up both as compatible

Yep, even the Rainier and the 9-7x with their sleek license plate pockets use the same door.

The two front doors are the same too.
