I have inside and outside tire wear on the left side front tire only. I had the upper ball joint replaced last yr but failed to get a frontend alignment and the bottom BallJoint look good. Here is a vid of the tie rod. Is the twisting ok. I get no other movement besides the twisting in the video.

Twisting is normal, because it's how the tie rod end handles up and down suspension movement. The real test for looseness is to jack up one tire at a time and yank on it at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions and see if there's looseness there. A loose tie rod will be pretty obvious how the steering knuckle can move and the tie rod end won't. It's an in and out looseness that in the case of my first bad one, was about 1/4" at the tie rod end, which was almost 1/2" of movement at the edge of the tire.

What tire pressure do you run?

Added: This is the inner tie rod end, not the outer, but it shows the kind of movement that would make an alignment impossible because it would not hold straight.
