Kioti CS2410... horrible alternator attachment design

So yea... just spent last hour and a half fighting a fan belt onto a CS2410.... alternator has an adjustment built into the bracket..... but you cant fully loosen the adjustment to fit a new belt over the pulley because the alternator lower bracket hits the engine.... I so want to strangle the damn designer of that... holy hell.

A buddy of mine had a mahindra 1530, which is a Mitsubishi built unit. They put some sort of coolant hard line right over the valve cover. So when they ask you for valvetrain adjsutment, the fight is on.
