OK so I just replaced the plugs and I'm doing an oil change later in the week, I do not know what else has been changed or done as far as fluid/filter/belt changes and such, what else should I do to keep this beast in tip top shape

Fuel filter, it's any easy cheap maintenance item . Air filter too.

Its got 109,000 miles on it, also I changed the plugs and they were gapped at. 40 so I left them alone and put them in, and its still running like its misfiring, I had no choice but to drive it with the misfiring plugs for about two weeks, I'm lost on what to do, has it caused major damage to my motor

Did you use the CORRECT plugs for the Voy? The AC Delco ones? :undecided:

Misfiring can damage your catalytic converter. You need to ONLY use Delco 41-103 plugs.

As bad as I wanted to throw some ngk's in there I did the smart thing and went with the 41-103's acdelco's, I tried disconnecting the battery to see if that would work cause IV heard that can help and it did nothing, IV also heard it might take 100 miles or so for everything to smooth out

With 109000 miles on your truck both differentials, transfer case, and transmission fluids will also need attention if this has not already happened.

I believe I found the culprite, little no engine oil, idk where it all went as I check it periodically religiously, and I plan on changing all the fluids as soon as I get the chance and the cash
