Wanted to unveil my latest build at Carlisle, but since I had some technical difficulty, might as well post some pics

This is the day I bought it LOL

Painted headlights, fiberglass cowl, carriage works grill, powdercoated calipers.
Belltech drop shocks, rear springs. DJM upper A-arms. Spohn adjustable panhard bar. Hotchkis rear sway bar.

Shaved rear bumper. Magnaflow catback

Here it is recently with Saab 9-7x wheels. Rears widened 2" to fit 305 Nitto 555r's out back with 1.5" spacers.

Kooks 1 3/4 headers, freshly coated. Had to bend the c6 dipstick tube to clear and make an extension bracket.

Engine and trans. Trans was converted to RWD, hence the shiny tailshaft.

most of these where posted in the what did you do to your gmt thread over the last 2 months of agony I've endured

This is awesome dude. Sorry you had difficulties. :sadcry: Would have been nice to see you and this awesome machine at Carslisle. Woulda been the only non-I6 motor there haha! O well. Next year, eh?

Same here, I heard of the project from Ghoster, and the recent issues you encountered preventing your train ride to a state with low humidity and a weekend of reasonable summer temperatures.

yeah, i generally just browse the last page of those types of threads, hence collating it all in its own thread for all to behold.

well.. new rear main seal came in the mail today. I... umm... I didn't replace it this last time... :duh: ugh have to deal with those damn TC bolts again! :hissyfit:
I was pretty busy with work thursday through saturday, so its probably better that I missed carlisle. I'd be so far in the weeds tomorrow when I'd get back...
