Is this the OE brush guard?

I've seen the OE center guard on an Envoy and a Yukon, and I've even seen the one on the Diamond Edition Jimmy, but I've never seen the one for the TrailBlazer.
Is this it? Just based on how goofy it looks, this seems like GM.

This is sitting at a pick-a-part 20 minutes away, so I'm half tempted to drive down there and snag it if it's legit.
Can anyone provide any information on this part (like the P/N)?
Does this provide any real protection?
Does it compare to the Waag guard in terms of not wrapping UNDER the bumper? How does it mount?
I'm probably grabbing at straws here and just need to do some research, but IIRC someone on here with an Envoy has one of these.

It certainly looks like it, although like you, I've never seen one on a TB.

If I was close, I'd snag those wheels.

yes that was a factory part offered. IIRC they made a similar one for the GMT800 that looked just as bad
