Intermittent Electrical Ghost

Have a few weird electrical problems

1 Wipers turn on when ever and drain fluid reservoir, can't stop this
2 Open door with Ignition off and radio stays on, have to open/close to turn off radio
3 Radio reception flakes out when I put AT in gear

I'm at wits end trying to figure this out pulled fuse relays in wiper/washer circuit it still ran this usually starts when ambient temps are high
