Installed supercharger, no spark, too much fuel

I just wrapped up installing a Magnuson TVS1900 yesterday on my 2007 Saab 9-7x 5.3i. Went to start it and it wouldn't even so much as hiccup. I pulled a spark plug and left it plugged in so I could see if there was spark while cranking, no spark at all.

The other issue that I can see is the injector pulse width was 27ms during initial cranking and it smelled of raw gas. Magnuson wouldn't send a tune because they don't have one for this specific vehicle although they have tunes for 5.3 Silverado's and Avalanches etc. I was able to convince them to send me injector data but it doesn't match the data for other vehicles these injectors came on which seems to be 2010-2015 6.0 Silverado's and Express vans. The injectors are 12613412.

With key on, I've verified 12 volts at the pink wires at the coils. The logs are showing rpm during cranking.

I tried loading injector data from a 2010 Silverado 6.0 and continued to make edits to those tables to try and bring the injector pulse width down. It eventually got to 17ms before I had to call it a night last night.

Today my plan is to load up the old pre-supercharger tune and try starting. Then I'll try with the cam sensor unplugged. Then I'll try with the MAF unplugged. The only sensor that actually changed during this install was the IAT. The supercharger has it's own so I had to cut the IAT circuit wires to the MAF and reroute them to the one in the supercharger. I'll check and see if the stock injectors are the same physical size as these new ones and if they are I'll swap them in.

My main question is what else can I test/troubleshoot concerning the no-spark condition? It's as if the PCM isn't commanding them to fire and I'm at a loss.

One thing is the crank sensor. Maybe it got unplugged or the wire damaged. Check for codes. Check all the fuses. There is one specific for the coils and injectors. Check that power and ground are getting to the coils.

How's the VATS? Security light on? Did you disable it in the tune just in case?

I think the crank sensor is good because I can see rpm on the log.

No trouble codes.

I verified 12v to the coil with key-on.

No security light. I could try disabling it, that would be reassuring.

I think I'll try checking for ground and signal at the coils next. Thanks!

Got it! It was the main ground on the front of the passenger head. I used a different bolt that was longer when putting it back together so even though it was tight, it was tight because it bottomed out! Used a shorter bolt and it fired up on 7 cylinders with 1 spark plug out. Talk about filling your britches, wasn't expecting that. Now I can get to work on the fueling!

Excellent! It feels like this when you find it:

It will be a nice project to see once you're done.
