How many miles have you got on your GMT

Mine just recently rolled up 341,000 miles with only minor maintenance type items. Unfortunately it is now running rough and has low compression in cyl #5. I am debating whether it is worth pulling the head for a valve job or not - not sure I want to invest that much time and money at this point - it has absolutely no resale value.

Pretty impressive mileage..what do you have? (Trailblazer or Envoy)

On Sunday morning, got in and had 88888 km. Took some pics but didn't turn out.

350,000 (!) miles...with no major work needed / engine never opened up...
Does it matter? :: laughing::
Same engines went into both, and neither had a build / engineering advantage over the other.

Oh - and I've got about 139K and change on mine...

Not as exciting as you high milers but mine just turned 209,000km. Still runs and shifts great. Started hand calculating mileage again. Over the last 1700km I am averaging 12.1 L/100km.

I now have two trailblazers. One '03 LT and the other an '07 LS that I just picked up days ago. My LT needed a transmission (according to the dealership 400 miles from my house) one month after private purchase. Both have 177,000 miles and running good.

Just about to roll 188k, 10 years now I've put 170k on it, miles and a Made in China Timken bearing is now howling. Maybe 25k miles on the bearings, tops. My OEM never made a noise. Cheers to preventative maintenance! Another oem part that should be replaced with oem.

About 115000 miles so far. Done all the maintenance , plugs , coolant, shocks and struts . Replaced exhaust manifold , paid for courtesy of GM/ISUZU . Just replaced one front wheel bearing.

Got mine at 96k now 109,675 after many parts replaced. Will say this super easy vehicle to work on...too bad Chevy didn't think twice about the heavy frame the Trailblazer has otherwise I wouldn't be selling it soon

I'm up to 264,700 miles on my '03 Envoy XLand never had any major engine problems. Replaced most suspension parts once or twice but never had to do any major work on the engine. Just wish I would get some better MPG. 17ish even doing mostly highway and cruising around 70mph. Debating if I should trade in soon for another Envoy/TB with less miles.

That's Km so in USA speak, that's just 60755 miles. For an '07, that's barely broken in!

I'd like to share a little 'cheapass wisdom' with you if I may :tiphat:

I bought a new battery from Sams Club in 2004 for my Envoy. It has a 3 year full warranty. You can bring it back within the 3 year period and get a new one, free. Then the warranty starts over. See where Im going with this?

That is reprehensible.

Here's to 200k of the throttle being treated as an on off switch. (This is the 07 Sierra by the way) in his words "that truck knows two speeds. Idle and floored."

I remember the wife causing me to miss one of those milestones years ago. :argue:
She was quiet the rest of the way home (which made me wish I was reaching a milestone every time she was in the car) :dielaugh:
