How do you change motor mounts

So I have searched like crazy and every video or thread is talking about the I6 motors not the 5.3.can this be done without removing motor or exhaust manifolds.

Quite honestly, I haven't heard of anybody here replacing them on the V8. Did you have a look over at TBSS owners?

What does the manual say?
