The passenger side turns on fine. But whenever we try using the HID for the right the fuse pops. Can this be the fault of a bad ground?

Are you using a harness? If so you only need one headlight connection as the turn on for the relay.

Yes i am using a harness from DDM tuning, since it is a ddm tuning kit. But it has two connections. And if we dont connect both one side wont turn on.

I just did an install using their harness. It has one relay which only need one headlight input to turn on the relay. If you use both, the two headlight circuits are joining back together at the relay and blowing a fuse. Use a continuity tester on the headlight connector of the harness and you will see what I am saying.

:iagree: Some similar issues popped up before on here, and it came down to a member using a DDM harness and connecting it to both low beams being the culprit. Like Big Mike said, use 1 input connection, and the 2 output connections, that should do the trick.
