Hey guys, I was wondering if I could tap into the wisdom here on GMTNation about a recent problem on my pickup.
My truck is a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 4.3L V6. A week ago almost to the day, the truck refused to start. The motor turned over, and it would periodically fire, but wouldn't run. The plugs looked suspect, especially after having been soaked by 1 1/2 inches of rain. So I did four of the six wires (don't ask), and the wire from the coil to the distributor. This seemed to fix the problem, and the truck has ran perfectly until today, where it again refuses to start. Anyone have any ideas of things to check? It doesn't seem to be throwing any codes? Help?! Thanks in advance.
