Aaron - where is it powered from, what was the route for the wiring, and is it on all the time, only with interior, etc?

Front are wired to the fuse box, the rear to the rear fuse box under the seats. Wires run along the edge of the wheel wells then are tucked away in the body/trim. They're always on when the vehicle is powered on

Cool. I've had an idea for a while where extra external lights could be wired so they come on when the car is in park and shut off when the car is taken out of park. Stuff like those wheelwell LEDs, or ground effects lighting, extra grill lights etc. I know some folks like to have the car a little less noticeable to the police as it's rolling down the highway.

You should really look into it man

I don't like to have switches everywhere so I choose to just run wires or tap into them. None of the colors are an issue according to Police that have pulled me over for other things. I'm pretty sure the majority of traffic cops in this town have seen my rig at night by now, being that I've been living here for 4yrs now?

New flash came today. Almost the same specs as Nikon SB-900. The Nikon goes for $600, used it's $350. This was $109. Good reviews and I've used other stuff from Meike and Yongnao. All has lasted. This has i-TTL to help give really good shots when you don't have the time to set up lighting and you're in changing light; it can also shoot in manual mode for times when you have full control over your ambient lighting. My last Nikon died after almost 11 years of hard use. The backup flashes are manual only.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1417292767.588135.jpg

Taken at holiday world in indiana with a nikon d90 set on auto no flash. Everyone in the picture is still enough not to cause a motion blur. Did not notice that until i got it on the computer. It was not a long exposure. Maybe five seconds. Just long enough to create the effect on the water fountains.

Alameda County (Oakland), California. Took this shot a couple of days before Halloween two or 3 years ago. Braced the camera on the drivers window, 50 mm likely opened all the way to 1.4, bracket exposure likely from 1/8th sec to 1 sec.

Screwing with the native camera app in my IPhone (iOS 8.4). Never looked much at it and noticed it does panoramic shots. I'm impressed. This is the Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial Shoreline, near the Oakland (CA) airport. The photo show about 150 degrees of view.

I moved a few months ago and finally got my office sorted out...part of that was building this setup. The black and silver tower on the left side of the pic is my old tower that i will be redoing to be a dedicated photography computer to save some stress on the new machine on the right. The pic was taken with a new camera i picked up just before the wedding which is a Nikon Coolpix A110 point and shoot. The pic was retouched with Photoscape X Pro because the initial pic was crap.
