This is a very disappointing outcome... but something worth mentioning as a Follow Up:

You can see in the Original Post that I very carefully clarified the distinctions between Time-Sert M11 X 2.00 Head Bolt Kits as ordinarily being *"High Dollar Value*" offers ...versus THIS one that began as an "Open Bid" starting at only $99.00 and which Never seemed to go UP in Bidding over time.

When I visited that Original Seller Link just now...THIS is what took its place... with NO MENTION as to what the outcome of that "Original Bid Offer" was after the Time Line had expired:

I'm uncertain as to what eBay did with the "Original Open Bid Offer" that would naturally get people interested. But apparently the Seller had NO real intention of letting that Kit Go for less than a Going Retail Price.

If the Seller failed to get any "Bidders" involved... perhaps they had to Pay eBay to "Pull The Add" because their expected Minimum Offer Level had NOT been met. I don't really know or understand, because NO Explanation of what happened is anywhere to be seen.
