Calling this eBay Offer to the Attention of Engine Builders and Mechanics facing the Problem of having Damaged Head Bolt Holes present in the "Lost Foam" Cast Aluminum GM 4.2L LL8 Engine Blocks.

This Kit
will probably also work for the 4 and 5 Cylinder Atlas Engine and GEN-3 LS Engine variants as well... BUT Check with the Seller and with the Time-Sert Company ...Just to be SURE.

Visit THIS Link for all the "How To Repair" Tool Use Information:

This Offer is open for BIDDING that started at $99.00 and was current as of Friday, September 16th, 2022 with just 2 Days and 18 Hours remaining.

Be advised that presently, THIS Kit sells Retail for around $750.00 !... So know that THIS "Open For Bids" Offer is on a VERY Rare TIME-SERT Universal Head Bolt Repair Kit @ the M11 X 2.00 Dimensions ...And that THESE Offers Does NOT come up very often!

CAVEAT EMPTOR:

If you Bid and Win on this Particular Item, you are fully responsible for all interactions on eBay with the Seller and must comply with all of their Rules and Regulations regarding sales finality of any purchase and payments due to the Seller:

This is a very disappointing outcome... but something worth mentioning as a Follow Up:

You can see in the Original Post that I very carefully clarified the distinctions between Time-Sert M11 X 2.00 Head Bolt Kits as ordinarily being *"High Dollar Value*" offers ...versus THIS one that began as an "Open Bid" starting at only $99.00 and which Never seemed to go UP in Bidding over time.

When I visited that Original Seller Link just now...THIS is what took its place... with NO MENTION as to what the outcome of that "Original Bid Offer" was after the Time Line had expired:

I'm uncertain as to what eBay did with the "Original Open Bid Offer" that would naturally get people interested. But apparently the Seller had NO real intention of letting that Kit Go for less than a Going Retail Price.

If the Seller failed to get any "Bidders" involved... perhaps they had to Pay eBay to "Pull The Add" because their expected Minimum Offer Level had NOT been met. I don't really know or understand, because NO Explanation of what happened is anywhere to be seen.

The substituted *Suggested Link* over to "The Thread Doctor" *threaddoctor* IS a Legitimate One from a Dude who plays fair and services the needs of Folks who do a LOT of Time-Sert Repairs. But as you can see... He does NOT GIVE TIME-SERT PRODUCT AWAY FOR FREE... nor does he offer sketchy deals over on eBay.

So I'll add this Addendum to the CAVEAT EMPTOR (Buyer Beware):

Be VERY Careful if you see these absurdly Over-Priced Time-Sert Tool Kits being offered from time to time by anyone touting them as a "Biddable Sale" that is WAY Below the prevailing price range or fair market value these kits usually go for.

So... Unless the Seller(s) show up with an actual BUY NOW Option Rate that meets with whatever your Wallet can handle... SHINE OFFERS LIKE THIS ONE ON... WITH A VENGEANCE.

To paraphrase The Oracle in 'The Matrix'...
"...And I HATE Giving Good People... Bad News..."

There is THIS Less Expensive, American Made Kit from NS300L for the Repair of M11 X 2.00 Vortec Engine Head Bolt Holes instead of using the TIME-SERT Version:

THIS Superb Instructional Video shows How the Job Gets DONE... Ignoring the Make & Model of the Vehicle and Engine... Because Its THE PRINCIPLES and THE PROCEDURES to follow here that Really Matter:

Same Company...Same Kit... Different (Knowledgeable Dude) ... LS Motor:

Oh...What The Hell... One More Can't Hurt, Neithuh'...

THIS
Is Where to GET THE KIT for $389.00 over on eBay:
