Getting a new Tahoe

As you guys can see I am already a member, just with a TB I6 instead of the 5.3 and 6.0s you guys are use to. Anyways im here to ask about any of your gripes and complaints about the 2002-2005 Tahoe. Now wait a second, before you jump the gun. I am asking about gas mileage, however I know that its not a Prius, I am just curious. My tag's will show you that I am some what familiar with the tuning side of things. And I was wondering if anyone could testify to any performance and gas mileage increases. Thanks.

My 2001 Tahoe is completely stock. (drive train wise)
I average 15.8 overall and can get mid 17s on the highway if I behave myself.

just with a TB I6 instead of the 5.3 and 6.0s you guys are use to.

Most of the members here have the I6.

My 2000 Tahoe got 14 city 16 highway. be carful of the early Tahoes/Yukons (2000-2003), they suffer a bad case of piston slap. Mine had it, I swore it was a rod knock..

My bro has the 05 or 06 tahoe z-71 and he gets about 16mpg. Those are sweet also
