Hello everyone. I have a 2003 Trailblazer 4.2 LTZ. The very little time it was running last winter, when I went to fill up the tank the pump would stop every few seconds. This summer when I fixed the electrical problems, it filled up with no problems. Now that the weather is cold enough to snow, the pump is stopping every few seconds again. I did change the vent solenoid located at the back of the tank and the pump still stops every few seconds. Does anybody have any ideas why it would fill up fine in the summer and not in the winter ? I turn the engine off when I fill up all the time. I’m a bit confused why it only acts up when it’s cold outside. Any ideas ? Many thanks in advance.
