Fuel pump relay

I’m finally getting around to trying to get my 05 trailblazer running again. Been working with a no fuel issue. Car sputtered and died when accelerating. Changed fuel pump. It ran for about an hour (roughly) before dying. Towed it home and it would run for a few seconds and then sputter and die. I wasn’t getting voltage to prong 85 on the relay from the pcm. Changed pcm. Changed ignition switch. Still-I’m not getting proper voltage to pcm control side of the fuel pump relay (85). I have already changed the fuel pump and the pcm. I have a good ground (86) at the relay and proper voltage thru the fuse beside it (prong30). I can jump 30 to 87 and turn on the fuel pump. There is continuity between pcm and prong 85. Anything else to trouble shoot? Are there certain components that must work in order for the pcm to power the relay?

You know it's only on for a couple seconds after key on right? Just making sure you're testing the control side during that two-three second time window.
