Fuel Filler Neck Repair Kit

Has anybody seen or used the repair kit offered on Ebay at the link below. It's pretty pricey.

Never seen that one before. My filler tube rusted through so I replaced it a few years ago with a used one, but the neck off the tank itself has been OK.

I know GM has a notice out for 02 owners regarding the check valve that could crack/leak (not sure of other years) but I only know of one person on here that has actually had that problem and gotten it fixed that route. My 02 has been fine.

Is yours damaged/leaking? GM is fixing them up to 150k miles I think it is.

I think mine is OK, I replaced the inlet tubing assembly last year because it looked like it was rotting.
I saw repair kit on the OS and was wondering if anybody has actually used it.

At $175.00 I would much rather find a good used tank.

Only problem is that there is no rollover valve but isn't that what the cap is for?
