Just wondering what every one is getting out there..according to my driver information center I used to get 13.5 I cleaned my throttle body dropped to 10 (don't know why)..changed valve cover gasket down to 8.5 noticed oil leaking out of vvt solenoid changed that and now im up to 11.3..I used to complain that 13.5 was bad...how I wish for those days again
That's about right for mine, around 11mpg all winter, in summer it averages 13-14 unless we travel and i can get upwards of 16 on the highway.. i don't have D.I.C. in mine

On my 04 GMC Envoy XUV (6040 lb beast, actual weight)with a 5.3 and 3.42 gears. I get 16.8 on summer fuel, and 15.3 on winter fuel. I am quite a spirited driver, so that likely needs to be taken in for some drop in fuel mileage. Engine is completely stock, and original with 193k miles.

I just recently installed a cluster with a DIC and haven't done a comparison yet.

Ok

11.3...down from 13.5 pretty much the same driving habits

I do have a large leak code that I'm going to try and locate though so maybe that's it

Took my new Advanta SVT01 off, and put my 66k mile old Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires on, and fuel mileage jumped up 1.5 mpg. How does that work?
