Something it wrong with my front windshield wiper. I turned it on and off 2 days ago and I even turned it on yesturday. But when I went back out to my car I could not get my wipers to turn off. I had to pull the fuse to get it to stop. I need help with this because I can't get out durning a rain storm to put my fuse back in.

The motor has a circuit board built into it that controls that feature. When it gets corroded, permanent running is one possible failure mode. You can install a swiath in series with the fuse and run that back in the cabin, or replace the motor assembly. Check with your local parts store for aftermarket replacements.
