front window washer spray and wiper.

There are very small problems.
I've been wondering for a long time since I bought this car.
About the movement of the front window washer and the wiper.
In my car, when I try to spray the washer solution(washer fluid?), the wiper first moves.
All the cars I know, first spray the washer solution and then the wiper works.
Even if there is sand or dirt, the wiper moves first, so the windows and the wiper can be rubbed dry.
Is this movement normal?

Unfortunately, that's the way they work. The spray nozzle is fixed as well so it doesn't spray the bottom of the window either. I ended up adding an extra nozzle to each wiper arm so there was liquid on the window when the wiper began to move.
