I noticed yesterday that the front passenger turn signal bulb doesn’t flash when locking or unlocking the vehicle and it does not come on when the headlights are on; however, it works as a turn signal. Is this a wiring issue? Any thoughts?

The front turn/parking light are dual filament bulbs, one for turn signal the other for parking light. Change the bulb.
