Front lower control arm bushings

I recently had to change my lower control arm bushings, the inner edges of my front tires have been wearing for more than a year and a half. Every time I have my suspension checked by the quote unquote professionals they say every thing is ok, then the truck started to pull to the right upon braking. And still they can't find an answer, changed the calipers no change. It got to the point were the rubber broke away from the bushing, so I changed both sides and all problems went away. Is there another method of checking the front suspension other than the shake and pull method?

I use a pry bar and check for movement in joints and bushings. Only ones that doesn't work with is inner tie-rods.
