Front door glass fitment?

A friend needs a front right door glass for a 2007 Rainier. The Upull&pay "parts interchange" lookup asks about the last 6 of the VIN indicating a change was made? The fellow at the counter didn't think there was a change.

I did see a footnote on some gmparts website about a "1st design" but the site did not offer a 2nd design?

Anyone have experience with this?

Only thing I could think that could have changed is the window regulator. Maybe look up those on RA (I'm on my phone and can't see years applicable)
