Flash player for Android

Does anyone know where I can find it? Flash is becoming obsolete for Android but I need it to run a few of my weather radars and can't seem to find it. I have tried both Samsung apps and google play store and nothing is there, I tried searching on Adobe website but they didnt have anything either, unless I missed it. I'm looking to run it on my tablet. I'm willing to try an app that is similar as well.

Which weather radars are you running? I am running Radar Alive! Pro and Pro Weather Alert on my Moto RazrMaxx with ICS 4.0.4. No problems with either of them.

GRlevelx for spotting and noaa nws radar for local weather information.
