Got a 06 4.2 ll8 and the engine finally died.
I was wondering if some one tried a 2008 4.2 l engine swap. I have the entire engine, transmission, harness, ECM/ TCM.
I know that direct replacement are 06-07 and 08-09 but the 2008 parts was a good opportunity in the local junk yard.
It is possible?
