Have a rattle/clank coming from engine behind the throttle body. I changed my serpentine belt, idler pulley and tensioner and the noise is still there. 130k miles on a 07 envoy. Appears noise is the same from both aides of the engine. Any idea what this is? Not overly loud but just started happening.
