Electrical Issue with Liftgate and Lights.

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a bit of an issue with my GMC 2004 Envoy SLT. I noticed with my Envoy that the parking lights, taillights, and headlights stay on. One day i was wiggling the Liftgate boot and wires and the lights would turn off and on. Anyone know how i would fix this issue, so i would not have to keep disconnecting my battery. I am a beginner/newbie on working on vehicles so please bare with me. Any help is appreciated.
