Doing DoD delete on 05 Envoy 5.3, which cam do I choose?

Hi all, newcomer to the forum.

I'm deleting the DoD system in my recently acquired 05 Envoy Denali, but I'm torn on what cam to go with. I'm already upgrading my springs to the LS6 springs, so the ones I'm about to list as options shouldn't run into lift issues. It will mainly be a road trip machine, inclement weather overcomer, and the occasional hauler. I plan to about once each year starting this year for work, so I will be hauling my daily that weighs about 3500lbs along with cargo during such moves. Therefore, towing is something I'll do but rarely.

I'm mainly looking for quicker acceleration from a stop, as well as accelerating on the highway for overtaking. I'm no expert by any means but this leads me to believe I'm looking for an emphasis in low-mid range torque gains, but I won't turn down overall gains either. Given that, I've narrowed it down to the following cams:
Summit Racing 8727R1

Summit Racing 8718R1

Summit Racing 8719R1

I'm not shooting for any lopey sound, in fact, I want it to sound as smooth as possible, and I realize this will need a tune. Based on my needs, which cam should I go with? Feel free to ask me further questions if more info is needed. I am not looking to spend any more than $300 as I'm not shooting for crazy HP/TQ numbers, hence me sticking to Summit cams. Sorry if any of these questions sound amateurish as I'm brand new to the V8 world. Having previously only worked on rebuilding DOHC I4 engines and dabbled in DOHC V6 engine maintenance, I should be competent enough to pursue something like this.

@Reprise is our cam specialist here so I'll let him give more advice on what is better for you.

Until then, you can check out this video by Richard Holdener where he compares cams from BTR from a torque cam to wilder ones. The main thing to grasp is that you want more torque down low where your RPMs will be the most. And this is where you will also gain the most MPG.

Then, you can compare the specs of the BTR torque cam to the others from Summit. If nothing comes close to it, maybe you should consider spending that extra $50 for the better cam. It might not be wild enough to require stiffer valve springs so that could be a consideration in not having to replace the springs.

What you also have to realize is the actual biggest gain will be from the tune itself. When I had mine tuned with a mail-in canned tune, just that alone really woke it up. Less laggy throttle and more power off the line along with turning off DOD.

Should have researched before replying. I was off on the stock specs. None of these 3 cams are going to do what you want without considerable updating of the springs, tuning and quite possibly a higher stall converter. I was thinking the original cam has a 111 lobe separation which would make the 8718 the choice. But i was wrong the original is 116. If you read the reviews on Summits site some people have made the 8718 work but looks to me at low idle its going to perform poorly and increasing the idle speed to over 750 is going to ruin in city driving and your gas mileage. Im looking for the same things in a new cam you are and with all 3 of these cams Im going to pass......

I made a small spreadsheet and I compared all 3 cams with the BTR truck torque cam and the truck norris cam specs. All summit cams and the torque cam has info given with a 1.7 rocker ratio, whereas the Truck Norris doesn't have anything past the base specs, so no valve opening/closing angles.

Based on the comparison, I've found that the 8727R1 is most similar to the Truck Torque spec wise, and the 8719R1 is most similar to the Truck Norris. What do you think?
