The need for doing this when you load your truck with heavy stuff the light will be at higher level so you will blind others drivers .. and for another reasons : driving in urbans / city / dark roads / high way .. you can easy control the headlights level

first , you need to get the parts , mostly toyota cars use this system , i pull this parts from salvage / junk yard from yoyota hylux / yaris ... etc so better to look in the salvage before looking online ,, and the parts links that i posted is not the cheapest online , you have to search please ,
the good in this motors is not controlled by pcm/ecm or sensors so its easy wiring

you can get these parts from salvage / junk yards / ebay ..etc

0- sorry for my bad English

1-you don't need to remove the headlights cover ( no need to open them )

2- need dremel tool or any cutting tool

3-better to use fuse

i run the 12v+gnd from the headlights plugs so the switch and motors don't have power all the time , only when the headlights was turnd on
i think you can run GND from any point in the chassis
i don't know if its safe to run the 12v from the headlights main switch neer the steering wheel

you have to use level zero position , then you will adjust the headlights level manullay from the motors with a small 7 or 8 wrench

parts numbers
part numbers may vary
from my tests the different numbers but similar type / design will do the job

leveling switch 84152-20050
leveling switch wire / socket 90980-10797
motors socket 90980-11016
motors 81610060 (not 100% sure but the look similar )

you can get the wiring with leveling switch ( but without motors ) complete from ebay
