Newbie here
I purchased a clone upon checking its operation watching vids finally plugged it in there is only Chevrolet impala. It doesn’t give you any choice to pick anything past the year of vehicle. Currently lost any thoughts would be greatly appreciated thanks for your time and insight

Welcome to GMT Nation...

Spend some time looking over THIS Thread as the topic is covered almost to exhaustion and there may be a few tid-bits of useful data to glean HERE:

If possible, lay out all of he "Gear" that came with your purchase and post some images of all that came with it so we can see what you've got... assuming you made your purchase from an eBay Vendor as "New".

If not a complete "Kit"... just eject the PCMCIA Card from the upper body of the Unit... Noting WHICH of the Two Slots it is nested within -=before=- pressing the small Square Eject Button... (use great care when re-inserting the card)

Then... take a picture of it so we can verify that it bears the SW vintage and is also the (NAO) North American Operations version that came with your purchase indicating that its BIN Version is 33.004 and that it Looks Like THIS during "Boot Up":

NOTE: For most GM Vehicles... support from the Tech 2 Scanner and the TIS2000 Discs for SPS ...ends at around 2013.

Next... Download and Browse through these Official Bosch Vetronix Tech 2 Manuals for more information on its Uses... and ... use the Tech2PATHS PDF as the Step-By-Steps to take in ALL situations of Set Up and Diagnostics for which Keypad Buttons and F (Function) Keys to press in their proper order to make things work:

Try the other slot if you have a card in there. Mine has issues with one of the slots so I had to use the other one.
