Posting this on behalf of @trailblazer075 . He is looking for a particular CB radio as follows:
3900 HPEF, UN PRÉSIDENT HR2600

The one he once owned in the past was modified for 560 channels and 80 watts of power.

Looks like there might be a few 2510s available (for about $375 USD), but 2600s aren't right now. Looking on the Google, there were some guys on a forum back in 2007 extolling the virtues of both (looks like they're both able to be modified to roughly the same capabilities.) But he probably already knows this and is holding out for a 2600.

'UN' = Uniden, btw, and besides the 25xx / 26xx model numbers, Uniden also assigned a series name of 'President', along with a model name of a US president ('Lincoln', 'JFK', etc.)

On edit: It appears there's a 'sister' to the 2510 - the Realistic (Radio Shack) HTX-100. Basically the same radio, but way cheaper (on eBay).

He did mention that he had a President George. I'll point him here for the info. Thanks.

I might consider selling my radio.. But its putting out about 75 dead key watts, swinging up to 125. I once blew an ECM because of it!

I look for rather the models president Georges, HR2600 or GREAT STAR 3900 HPEF because they are very reliable and powerful.
But they are former(old) and become difficult to find in France.
Little of opportunities(occasions) here are very expensive. My former(old) post breaks down and even with the kit of repair, I have no knowledge éléctronic.

I know that in the United States they still use a lot this system . I think that it will be easier for me to find a good opportunity. But I also have to take into account the transport costs towards France
Thank you for your help
