Greetings everyone .. I search the FAQ Appearance sticky as well as other searches, but can find any info on removing the inner panels of the cargo are. Specifically for the section that in on drivers side, that would let me get to the fuel tank inlet pipe. It is for an 05 SWB TB. there is some rust around the gas cap door and and I wanted to treat it on both sides. I can find any screws and don't want to just start pulling in wrong places and risk cracking or breaking anything.

Now ...while this Video describes in great detail the steps for how to remove the Interior Panels to gain access to the Rear HVAC Unit in a GMT360... The Steps involved are very likely mirrored as far as what Tools and Techniques (and Fascia Pin Placement) makes the R&R possible for --both-- sides.

Ergo... this will very likely become useful visual information for dealing with the Left Rear Section as well based upon the commonality of Fasteners, Materials and adjacent panels being involved:

I may not understand what you're asking.... but it appears to me that you're trying to do something unnecessary.
I have an '02 Bravada and the backside of the fuel filler neck is clearly accessible from beneath the vehicle without removing anything at all.20241118_171047.jpg

I doubt that any fuel "elements" are accessible from the passenger compartment. As suggested, you access would be from the underside of the body.
